Spirit Gate Naval Cupping

Naval cupping originates from several ancient traditions around the world to remove cold from the uterus. When a woman gives birth, her gates are wide open; and this is where cold becomes trapped inside the womb. Typically, it is due to trauma or over exposure in a medical intervention. Cold is what creates disharmony in the body.

To prevent cold invasion, cupping the naval is used to bring heat towards the belly to relieve stagnation (pain) including slow digestion, cold hands and feet, low sex drive, and infertility.

This treatment is safest around 1 month postpartum and can be beneficial for the nervous system as it is quite relaxing.
